With a background in teaching and education and having been a former insomniac myself, I bring knowledge, experience, insight and compassion to the sleep coaching profession.
There is no “one size fits all” solution to better sleep.
By combining research-based methods with holistic thinking, I investigate and identify the specific issues interfering with your body’s natural rhythms and create an individualized plan to optimize your sleep. Sleep is integrated into every part of our life and my holistic approach to your sleep challenges is centred around the five key pillars that make up healthy sleep - headspace, schedule, environment, nutrition, movement. Getting to the root cause of your sleep issue is my job. I help my clients understand how their sleep patterns, behaviours, and lifestyle may be impacting their sleep and I apply common-sense solutions that are simple, specific, achievable and long-lasting.
As a coach, I work with my clients to meet them where they are, while providing education, resources, strategies, motivation and supportive accountability to get them where they want to go.
While I work with many groups of adults, as my background is rooted in early years education, I have a particular passion and interest in servicing parents with young children as sleep (or lack thereof!) affects the whole family dynamic. Healthy sleep for parents contributes to a balanced and healthy family unit.
Currently I’m loving life, living in downtown Toronto with my lovely husband and 5-year-old son, enjoying good food, good music and an appetite for travel and new experiences.

Having been a teacher and educator for the past 15 years, my professional background is based on helping others reach their full potential. I love to learn, teach, and help others reach their sleep goals.
