ABOUT INDER

Inder is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), she graduated with honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2019. Upon graduating, because of her passion for the nutrition and wellness industry, Inder pursued further learning through completion of various continuing education certificate courses to expand her skills and knowledge in the areas of hormones, digestion and detoxification. Inder has recently completed a healthy weight loss course with Canfitpro.  

 

As a Nutritionist Inder’s focus is to teach her clients the benefits of choosing wholesome foods created as nature intended with the aim to achieve optimal health. Inder works with women entering various life stages and helps them reach their focused wellness goal.  

 

Upon completion of a thorough nutritional intake and nutrition journaling done by the client, Inder reviews the information and plans the nutritional approach based on the client’s main goal. She helps her client understand how the body works in relation to macronutrients/micronutrients, superfoods etc., and handpicks the most appropriate recipes for the client to achieve the best outcome from their nutrition plan.  

 

Inder also puts a strong focus on the benefits of proper digestion, assimilation and elimination, the need for protein, carbohydrates & fats, benefits of vitamins & minerals, hydration needs, natural detoxification, sleep habits, stress management, inflammation, household toxins, and more!
