ABOUT INDER
Inder is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) who graduated with honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2019. With a deep passion for women’s wellness, she continued to expand her training through specialized courses specific to hormones, digestion, and detoxification.
As a Holistic Nutritionist, Inder’s practice is dedicated exclusively to supporting women through the many stages of life, from early adulthood to perimenopause and beyond. Her focus is to teach women the benefits of choosing whole, natural foods to nourish their bodies and support balanced hormones, steady energy, healthy digestion, and overall well-being.
After completing a detailed nutritional intake and collecting recent blood work, Inder works with the Metabolic Balance® Program to develop each client’s personalized nutrition plan. These plans are created by the Metabolic Balance team in Germany using precise metabolic markers to determine the most supportive foods for each woman’s unique physiology.
Inder educates her clients on the foundations of women’s wellness—including optimal nutrition, sleep routines, stress management, and movement and coaches them through every phase of the program to ensure the best outcomes for their overall wellbeing.
