ABOUT SHREYA
As a former pediatric nurse at Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) and a mom of two, I know how exhausting it feels when your little one just won’t sleep. Sleepless nights affect every part of family life, from your mood and patience to the way you connect with each other.

Now, as a certified pediatric sleep consultant, I help parents teach their babies and young children (up to age seven) to fall asleep more easily at bedtime, sleep longer stretches through the night, and nap more consistently during the day. My approach is gentle, supportive, and family-centered. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all way to help a child sleep, so together we create a plan that aligns with your parenting style and values.
The formal version:

My background in pediatric nursing taught me that while I may be an expert in sleep, you are the expert on your child. That’s why my work is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and a completely non-judgmental approach. I’m here to guide you through the process, provide reassurance when things feel hard, and celebrate every small win along the way.

Ultimately, my goal is to take away the stress, guilt, and guesswork around your child’s sleep so you can feel confident, connected, and truly rested again, because when your child sleeps well, the whole family thrives.
